Read my Sad Valentines day Story.?

I met this Girl in a Christian Forum back in 2004,

we developed a nice relationship as friends, a really really nice one,

She is from Chile, and I'm from San Diego CA, after 1 year (2005)

I told her the I was planning to go to Chile to see how thing could possible go between us, My feelings for her were true, so did hers. She was excited when I told her that, We continued to communicate

more and more over the phone, messengers, emails, letter, MySpace, etc. I always sent her gifts for birthdays and special occasions.

... For some reason I could not go that year, and I told her well, I going the next year

(2006) she said no problem! We were still excited, then I felt like she was changing over the months,

we would not talked that much, I asked her what was going on! She said there's was a guy in between

she was talking to, I asked her so, what about between us then? She said that she was not ready for

me, and the problem was of course 閳ユ翻he Distance" she could not waited no longer, I was sad, but I accepted it.

. by December 2007 and January 2008 she sent me an e-mail, she was really sad, she could not believe the mistake

she did by dumping me up, she was sorry, the guy she was going out with, was a real jerk, I forgive her and we started

talking again, like 6 month ago I asked her if she was still interested.. I said let's give it sometime, but I

feel stupid because I did not tell her anything during this time!... we would talked like friends, but I was waiting

for the right moment to tell her that I was ready to go there, and visit her, but 5 days ago, I found out that she was talking to a guy, I researched, and I found another site where she usually post pictures and stuff, there she was... hugging with another guy in valentines day, she wrote in the comment box that she had found her true love...

Now she is 25, I believe she閳ユ獨 a good Christian girl I have no doubt about it, I wish the very best for her life.

I think I need to move on, I'm about 5000 thousands mile away, what could I possibly do right now?

I have not talked to her in the last 5 days;

I think I'm just going to live it like that.

Should I tell her that I feel kind of Sad

I don閳ユ獩 feel like it's the end of the world though, I feel o.k. after all

Aww... I am sorry to hear about your unsuccessful relationship with her. But I think maybe you should look back to the times when you were able to talk to her, be happy with her. Afterall, it's better to have tried and not regret for not trying, right? Yes, distance is a very major issue in dating. It is happening to me and the one I want to be with. Sometimes, you want to be with a person and you put so much effort into it, but in the end, it's just not meant to be.

It's sweet of you to be willing to let her go and wish the very best for her life. If you feel that it would put some relief on your heart, then be honest and tell her how sad you feel about things. Best of luck, hehe.

It's really easy to meet someone once and think there is a connection. Internet conversations are always really base and there is hardly any content. Emailing back and forth is more of a way of journaling and venting about your day. Most people don't want to hear every detail of your life and when someone half-way around the world wants to read your messages you feel special. I don't think that she was ever ready for a relationship she just enjoys feeling like your a friend she can talk to and you aren't going to go behind her back and tell her other good friends some secret she told you. If she was in a relationship before while you were talking and she is in a relationship that she considers to be love you should tell her that your feelings are hurt that you thought you guys were going to explore your connection but then move on. She obviously has decided to try her luck at love with local guys so I think you should stop dwelling on the past and move forward. Find someone who is near you.
